Service Availability

In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Pricing Policy

As stated in the RailClick Terms and Conditions, to protect against potential unintentional expenses arising during the electronic payment process, such as interbanking costs from the client’s bank or foreign exchange trade, the final ticket price may differ from the price displayed at the time of the order. This difference is minor and may be up to 3.6% higher when comparing the website price to the ticket price in the PDF document.

According to RailClick's ticket price formation policy, unintended costs related to currency exchange during the electronic payment process are managed using RailClick’s internal exchange rate. Consequently, the Euro price displayed during the checkout process may differ from the ticket price shown during the booking process and from the ticket price indicated in the PDF document. The difference is minor and may only be up to 3.6% higher.
